Grace’s home underwent a complete transformation, evolving from a simple upgrade to a full house revamp. We initially started with the renovation of two bathrooms, replacing tiling, plumbing, sanitaryware, and vanities to create clean, modern spaces. Impressed with the results, Grace entrusted us with the bedrooms, and from there, the project expanded to include the entire home.
We repainted the roof, refreshed both the interior and exterior walls, replaced ceilings, added new cornices, and installed rhino lighting along all the walls to enhance the overall ambience. Structural changes played a major role as we removed dividing walls to open up the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a smooth open-plan layout.
The kitchen became a standout feature, fully reimagined with state-of-the-art appliances and a sleek extractor that rises directly from the counter. Bedrooms were modernised with sliding mirror cupboard doors, and we included thoughtful additions like custom coffee tables and a built-in workstation for files and printers. Every detail, from plumbing to electrical, was carefully executed to deliver a stylish, cohesive, and highly functional living space.
